How an advance booking works
- Request: pickup point, destination, date, time, number of passengers, luggage and preferred vehicle class – by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or the request form. The request is non-binding.
- Confirmation: the dispatch centre gets back to you shortly, at the latest by 7 am the next day, and names the taxi operator carrying out the ride and, for transfers, the fixed price.
- Pickup: at your door, hotel, railway station or airport. We do our best to pick you up reliably and on time with a buffer – delays due to traffic can never be ruled out completely.
- Payment: in the taxi, cash or card. For fixed-price transfers the price is set before the ride – regardless of traffic jams or diversions.
