General terms and conditions for arranging and carrying out rides via Taxi 305000. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
This English version is a courtesy translation. In case of doubt the German version (AGB) is authoritative.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all rides requested or booked from Taxi 305000 (Andreas Ungar, Innsbruck – see legal notice) via this website, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
2. Request, confirmation and contracting party
Details sent via the online form, by e-mail or WhatsApp are initially a non-binding ride request only. A ride is agreed bindingly only once it has been expressly confirmed by phone or in writing.
If the ride is carried out by Taxi 305000 itself, the contract of carriage is concluded with Andreas Ungar.
If the ride is passed on to a self-employed taxi operator, the operator carrying out the ride is named to the customer at the latest with the binding confirmation. In that case the contract of carriage is concluded with the taxi company named in the confirmation. Taxi 305000 is responsible for correctly passing on the order details provided.
All arranged rides are carried out exclusively by officially licensed taxi companies.
3. Customer details
Please make sure your details are complete and correct (pickup point, date, time, how to reach you) – the customer is responsible for this. Please tell us about changes without delay.
4. Prices
Within the Innsbruck compulsory service area the official Innsbruck taxi tariff applies. For metered rides the amount shown on the taximeter at the end of the ride is decisive; the meter estimate shown in the online calculator is a non-binding guide value based on the calculated route.
For electronic advance bookings (online calculator, app) a fixed price may be agreed pursuant to §§ 7–9 of the Innsbruck taxi tariff. The fixed price shown in the calculator applies to the route, pickup time and number of passengers calculated there and is binding for both parties from the confirmation of the ride – it does not change in traffic jams or diversions. Changes requested by the customer (stops, waiting times, a different route or pickup time) may be charged additionally according to the tariff.
For rides beyond the tariff zone (e.g. airports, ski resorts, long distance) prices are agreed freely. The amounts shown on the “Transfer prices & destinations” page and in the calculator are guide prices from Innsbruck. Only the fixed price stated in the confirmation is binding; unless stated otherwise it includes tolls and VAT per one-way trip. Waiting times, stops or route changes requested by the customer may be charged additionally.
5. Punctuality, connections & time buffer
Pickup times and routes are planned carefully and with a reserve. Travel times nevertheless depend on traffic, weather and official orders and cannot be guaranteed. For rides to airports, railway stations or appointments it is up to the passenger to plan a sufficient time buffer (for flights: the check-in time recommended by the airline plus a generous travel-time reserve).
For financial losses resulting from missed flights, trains, connections or appointments the taxi operator carrying out the ride and the dispatch centre are liable only in case of intent or gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded in this respect. Claims for compensation are limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
6. Liability
For personal injury liability is unlimited in accordance with the statutory provisions (motor third-party liability insurance of the operator carrying out the ride). Mandatory statutory liability rules (in particular the Austrian Railway and Motor Vehicle Liability Act, EKHG, and the Consumer Protection Act, KSchG) remain unaffected.
Otherwise – in particular for damage to property and financial loss – the taxi operator carrying out the ride and the dispatch centre are liable only in case of intent or gross negligence. For errors in arranging the ride (e.g. passing on order details) Taxi 305000 is liable according to the same standards.
7. Luggage & carriage
Normal travel luggage as well as skis and sports equipment are carried as far as space allows – please mention bulky items when booking. Carriage may be refused for the reasons provided by law (e.g. danger to safety, heavily soiling items).
8. Final provisions
Austrian law applies. Statutory places of jurisdiction – for consumers in particular under the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) – remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected; the statutory rule applies in place of the invalid provision.
