Guaranteed fixed price for online pre-booking (within Innsbruck): €8.80 base fare (the first kilometre is included), then €2.80 per kilometre, charged in 20-cent steps. Based on the shortest drivable route – the price is set before booking and stays the same in city traffic, at lights or in a jam. Binding once a taxi company accepts the order.
Or taximeter (official tariff): €8.25 base fare (the first 1,000 m are included), then €2.15 per kilometre; at night and on Sundays and public holidays the base fare is €10.50. Traffic jams, waiting time or intermediate stops can add the officially prescribed waiting charges – the meter reading at the end of the ride is what counts. Out-of-town trips: outside the Innsbruck tariff area the price is freely negotiable – the calculator shows a non-binding price proposal, which becomes binding only once a taxi company confirms it.
